I was watching the late news last night and happened upon a piece of the Queen's latest visit to that big white house. I was horrified to see, in his speech, not that GWB made a gaffe pertaining to Her Majesty's age, but that he turned around and WINKED at her. She was clearly very unamused.
I have yet to figure out whether I am a snobbish, old-fashioned royalist, or if GWB is a good old-fashioned knobhead.
